Hi Mike, Don't know where to ask this question. I'm using Windows Vista Premium Home on a Toshiba Satellite P305D which has a built in camera, mic, and speakers. I have installed Windows Live Messenger and have contacted a friend via video. We both have DSL. My friend's video and sound are great but my sound is distored and has a distinct echo that is very annoying. There also seems to be a lot of nasty feedback. Do you have any idea what the problem is and who I might contact for advice? I can't seem to locate the issue in any of the help sites. Thanks, Carl
