You should you nearly all your keyword in your meta or your title in your body text. This can greatly improve your page rank. Pagerank is everything in Google, in Google official site they also mention pagerank is their heart in ranking website. It is very complicated and I think even more complicated from my life ;p.
What can I say the main points from the article is google love plain text. Its robot can’t read flash, so even your website is beautiful and full of flash effect or full flash it meaningless for Google robot crawler. They can’t find your link if it is in flash.
